Triply is for organising genuine travel, for yourself and for people who have agreed to travel with you.
Not permitted
- Producing documents intended to mislead a border authority, an airline, an insurer or anyone else.
- Entering another person's details without their agreement.
- Using Triply documents to imply insurance cover you do not have.
- Attempting to access another customer's trips, documents or uploads.
- Automated scraping, bulk account creation, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.
- Uploading unlawful material, malware, or content you have no right to store.
- Reselling or redistributing generated documents as your own product.
AI-generated content
Itinerary and packing suggestions are provided as a starting point. Presenting them as verified professional advice, or as an official document of any kind, is not permitted.
Enforcement
We may suspend or close an account that breaches this policy, and we will cooperate with law enforcement where required. Where we can, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it.
