Terms of Service

Triply is a travel information and document-management service. We generate travel documents for a trip you describe to us, organise them in your account, and let you download them.

Where travel insurance is offered, it is a separate product arranged through an authorised insurance provider. Triply is not an insurer and does not underwrite insurance.

A Triply Travel Pack is not an insurance policy. It does not provide financial, medical, cancellation, baggage or any other insurance cover. Buying a Travel Pack gives you documents and trip organisation, and nothing more.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• The information you give us must be accurate — your documents are built from it.
• You may not share your account or use it to generate documents for people who have not agreed to it.
• We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or abusively.

Destination information, entry requirements and emergency numbers are compiled from published sources and reviewed before publication. They can still change, sometimes at short notice.

You remain responsible for checking official government, immigration and health sources before you travel. See our travel information disclaimer.

Itineraries, packing lists and short trip summaries may be generated with AI assistance and are labelled where they appear. They are suggestions, not bookings or professional advice.

AI is not permitted to produce emergency numbers, embassy details, visa or entry rules, medical guidance, or anything relating to insurance. Those come from reviewed reference data or from the insurance provider.

• Travel Pack prices are shown before you pay and are charged once, per trip.
• Triply+ is an optional monthly subscription that renews until cancelled.
• Where insurance is purchased, the premium is separately itemised and is set by the insurance provider.
• Payment is taken by our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.

If you buy travel insurance through Triply, your contract of insurance is with the insurer named in your policy documents, on the terms of that policy. Triply's role is limited to presenting the provider's product and holding your documents.

Payment does not by itself create cover. You are covered only once the provider issues the policy and confirms it is in force. If a policy cannot be issued, the insurance premium is refunded in full.

Travel Pack refunds are covered by our refund policy. Insurance cancellations and refunds are decided by the provider under the policy terms.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, upload unlawful content, or use Triply to produce documents intended to mislead a border authority, an insurer or anyone else. See our usage policy.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Beyond that, and because Triply is an information and document service, we are not liable for travel losses that insurance is designed to cover. If you want financial protection for your trip, you need an insurance policy, not a Travel Pack.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in your account. Continuing to use Triply after a change means you accept the updated terms.
