Travel Information Disclaimer
Last updated 9 September 2026
What our travel information is, where it comes from, and what you still need to check yourself.
This is information, not advice
Triply provides general travel information and document generation. It does not constitute legal, immigration, medical or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for checking official sources.
This document is a travel information and document-management product. It is not an insurance policy and does not provide financial, medical, cancellation, baggage or other insurance cover.
Where our information comes from
- Destination facts, emergency numbers and entry requirements come from a reviewed reference database, each record carrying a source link and a verification date.
- Itineraries, packing lists and trip introductions may be AI generated and are labelled as suggestions wherever they appear.
- AI is explicitly prevented from producing emergency numbers, embassy details, visa rules, medical guidance or insurance content, and its output is checked for those before it reaches you.
Entry requirements
Entry requirements may change. Always verify with official government and immigration sources before travelling.
Entry rules depend on your nationality, your passport, your itinerary and circumstances we do not know about. Where we do not hold verified requirements for your passport, the document says so plainly rather than guessing.
Emergency numbers
Emergency numbers are held as reviewed reference data and are never generated automatically. Even so, numbers change and local arrangements vary. Confirm them locally on arrival where you can, and note the verification date shown on your emergency information.
Itinerary suggestions
Suggested activities are starting points, not bookings. Opening times, availability, prices and access requirements change. Check before you set out, and book anything you depend on.
If something looks wrong
Tell us through the contact page. Corrections to reference data are made against the official source and the record is re-verified.
